I am a second generation Realtor, born and raised in San Luis Obispo. Currently office manager for San Luis Obispo Realty, one of the largest independent real estate offices in San Luis Obispo, with 2 locations in SLO. A licensed Broker since 1979, I have owned or been a partner in three local real estate companies. I am a Past President of the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors, and was recognized twice as "Realtor of the Year". As a member of the California Association of Realtors, I have served as State Director since 1998, and currently representative both their Risk Management/Consumer Protection and Common Interest Development Committees for Region 31, a San Luis Obispo County region, consisting of 7 real estate associations. In 2007 I was Chairman of Common Interest Development Committee for the California Association of Realtors, and on a local level, served six years on the Governing Board for Sierra Vista Regional Hospital. I have worked side by side with local developers in the processing and sales of their developments as well as tract home sales management experience. Very involved in the support of local athletic programs at all levels. Married to my wonderful wife Sandra and we have one son, Matthew.
